Tea Time

We invite you to join us for a cuppa. As we experience shorter days and colder temperatures, sit back with scrumptious scones and other tasty treats and enjoy a few poems and short stories being read aloud. Feel free to bring your own poems or short stories in English to share with us. 
The event is free but donations are welcome.
Please sign up starting on October 1st and by October 10th (required); to do so please talk to the staff at the library, telephone the library or send an email to bibliothek-amerika@kultur.karlsruhe.de telling us your name and the number of people in your party.

Wir laden dich zu einer Tasse Tee ein. Da die Tage kürzer und die Temperaturen kälter werden, lehn dich zurück, genieße köstliche Scones und andere Leckereien und lass dir ein paar Gedichte und Kurzgeschichten vorlesen. Ihr könnt gerne eigene Gedichte oder Kurzgeschichten auf Englisch mitbringen, um sie mit uns zu teilen. Die Veranstaltung ist kostenlos, Spenden sind jedoch willkommen. Bitte meldet euch zwischen dem 1. und 10. Oktober an (erforderlich); wendet euch dazu bitte an das Bibliothekspersonal, ruft in der Bibliothek an oder schickt eine E-Mail an bibliothek-amerika@kultur.karlsruhe.de und gebt dabei euren Namen und die Anzahl der Personen in eurer Gruppe an.
